The customs clearance process can take under 24 hours depending on the product type, and customs workload. However, if a shipment is flagged or if customs processing is backed up, it may take several days.

Once the CBP has released your shipment, we will send you a notification containing Customs Release Documents (CBP Form 7501 – Entry Summary, CBP Form 3461 – Cargo Release, and ABI Messages).
